Definitions & Interpretations

”Content” means the text, information, images, photographs, software,products, graphics, logos, illustrations, descriptions, data, services and all other material (including Resource Material) provided on this Website, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof.
“User” means the party who has agreed to use and/or access this website.”Resource Material” means all presentations, posters, brochures and/or any other content placed under the section titled Resource Materials on this Website.
“CIPAM” means Cell for IPR Promotion and Management –a professional body created under the aegis of Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) which ensures focused action on issues related to intellectual property rights (IPR) and addresses the objectives of the National IPR Policy, 2016.
Unless the context otherwise requires, words denoting the singular number shall include the plural and vice versa and words denoting natural person shall include corporations and partnerships.
Words denoting the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter genders and vice versa.
