The judiciary plays a vital role in strengthening India’s IP ecosystem and ensuring timely resolution of IP-related disputes. In line with this, CIPAM has been actively collaborating with the Judicial Academies, to conduct sensitisation and capacity-building programmes on Intellectual Property Rights for members of the judiciary.
As part of this effort, CIPAM works closely with State Judicial Academies across the country to deliver specialised awareness programmes for High Court, District Court, and other judicial officers. Recently, CIPAM has conducted programmes in collaboration with the Odisha Judicial Academy, Meghalaya Judicial Academy, Kerala Judicial Academy, Manipur Judicial Academy, and Gujarat State Judicial Academy, among others.
