Subramanian

Subramanian is basically an engineering graduate and a registered Patent agent, who started his IP Career as a Patent Scientist and grow as In-house IP Trainer cum Analyst in the University. He had experience in Patent searching, drafting and filing; Handling the IPR seminars, Awareness programmes, Hands-on trainings; Handling the Value-Added course on IPR; Framing University IP Policy and creating an innovation ecosystem in the University.

In his credit, he compiled e-books on IPR (English & Tamil) and “A Handbook on Intellectual Property Rights” which inspired the academicians and public. He is a Mentor of Change for the Atal Tinkering Lab established through Atal Innovation Mission, Govt. of India. He acts as a resource person to promote IPR in several colleges and forums such as UGC-HRDC,  All India Radio etc.

Currently, he is an Assistant Manager at CIPAM taking care of Awareness and policy related matters. Recently, he completed the IPR training course from Japan Patent Office for “IP Trainers”.
