About Tayna Majithia
TaynaMajithia is a Lawyer by qualification and profession and an alumni of UILS, Panjab University She has worked as a Law Trainee and went on to being personally selected as a Research Assistant in the Supreme Court by the former Chief Justice of India, Justice TS Thakur to assist his Lordship in all ongoing matters before the Court. Worked as a Junior Counsel to a Senior Advocate of the Punjab and Haryana High Court subsequently to learn the art of advocacy. An award – winning student in law school , she is also a diploma holder in Cyber Laws from ASCL, Pune. A member of SGI, a voluntary lay nun Buddhist organization with its headquarters in Tokyo, Japan registered with the UN as a body working for world peace. Trained in Indian classical dance of Kathak and Bengali School of Indian classical music.
Working in the Awareness team at CIPAM and involved in all stages of dialogue and collaborations with partner organizations and educational institutes to conduct pan India awareness programs in Schools, Colleges, Universities and Industries.
